Bashir Ali Abbas
Bashir Ali Abbas is a Research Associate at the Council for Strategic and Defense Research, New Delhi, and is involved in organizing the Chao Track India-Pakistan Dialogue at the Track II level. He is also a post-graduate candidate in Political Science at the University of Delhi.
